Having a break or a long weekend, how will you spend it? Treat yourself? Be productive and get some work done? The options start to become endless.

What’s really important is physical and mental self care. So forget the work for a minute and take a break. Do what you like and really focus on bringing yourself back into the balance of happiness.

School can be stressful, always pushing to beat the deadline. As students start to fill in their agendas with school work and after school activities, the time for self care starts to minimize.

However, when you have a break, even a long weekend, there is time to exit this stressful student world.
